Trigger point therapy can release constricted areas in the muscles to reduce pain and improve circulation in the body.

The calming atmosphere and soothing touch of a therapeutic massage can provide much-needed stress relief and relaxation. Debbie became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 1982 and continued her education in manual therapies and massage.

I realllllly enjoyed my massage with Desiree. Omg, from the time I walked into the massage parlor, I felt so welcomed. I didn't get the receptionists name but she was very prompt, polite, and Profesional. Desiree welcomed me with a warming, beautiful, bright smile. She was very professional. I went to get this massage because I've been suffering from lower back pain. Desiree applied the right amount of pressure and I was very relaxed during my session. I will definitely be returning monthly to get a massage. My lower back feels sooo much better!!

Overall Desiree did such an amazing job really worked my very troublesome areas and paid great attention to all other areas of my back and legs and head to ensure I was entirely relaxed as much as possible. she was very professional and absolutely had amazing energy throughout the entirety of my visit ! definitely will be coming back to visit.

Niko is an amazing masseuse and the facility and other staff are nice. I think that Niko is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever met. She possesses a strong clinical understanding of massage therapy and is able to identify and target specific problems. She is so good that she can find and help alleviate musculoskeletal issues that you didn't even communicate with her or possibly didn't even understand yourself.
