Angie was a true professional from our first call and a subsequent visit to our home.
She was completely realistic in managing our needs and expectations. We attempted to sell (with another agent) four years ago and never got an offer. With Angie and her network, our home sold in less than two weeks and Angie handled the negotiation process with ease. Angie and her team were great to work with as a first home buyer. Angie was very helpful and patient when it came to my novice home buying questions and had great recommendations for my homes inspectors and real estate attorney. The home buying experience can be very overwhelming, but working with Marietta and the team she is a part of, made the experience so much better, constantly helping us and making sure any of our needs/concerns were addressed/resolved.
