Services
The reason I decided to start my own home health business is because of my Mom, Sarah Sauls. When we launched Heaven Sent Helpers in 2010, Mom was 91 years old and lived independently at home. While my brothers and sister and I worked during the day, Mom was lonely. As a family, we juggled doctors' appointments and shopping tasks, and after all the errands were done, we were really not able to spend much personal time with her.
Heaven Sent Helpers is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends. Following an initial client assessment and consultation, we will create a service plan that is suited to the needs and desires of your loved one, and a dedicated Helper will be assigned as the primary caregiver.
Our unwavering commitment will always be to helping your loved one achieve the quality of life that they deserve. Quality Assurance: Periodically, our Field Manager and Registered Nurse on staff will review service plan effectiveness and client satisfaction to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that your loved one's needs are continually monitored.
Each year, 1 in 3 Americans 65 years of age and older falls - this risk increases with age. As part of your initial consultation, your Heaven Sent Helpers Client Manager will walk through your home with you and offer suggestions on changes you might make to help prevent falls. Often the smallest changes can make a big difference for loved ones that have vision or gait challenges.
Heaven Sent Helpers is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service and delivering the most compassionate and supportive care possible. If you have any questions regarding your care, feel free to contact your Caregiver, or Shelia Corn, Owner. Thank you for your kind referral!

When I saw poor reviews, I knew Google must have Heaven Sent Helpers in Villa Rica confused with some other service with this name. After reading the reviews, it's clear that they do since the Villa Rica, Georgia Heaven Sent Helpers is not an assisted living facility. They provide in home care. Our family has dealt with Heaven Sent Helpers on more than one occasion. Our experience has been consistently good. Everyone from the owner to schedulers to care givers are professional and responsive. They listen and create care plans that are carefully tailored to a person's needs. Since caregiving is

Came to this home to inquire about assisted living for my sister, she has severe health issues, and I was treated very poorly by a member of the staff. Though I did not catch her name, she had blue/green ish eyes, looked to maybe be in her late forties, early fifties, and had a dirty blonde brownish mixture hair. One positive thing about this place, The driveway is easy to get out of, two stars for that. Will not be treated like that again

I visited here to see about a safe place for my mother because I am no longer able to take care of her because of her rapidly deteriorating health. I walked in, only to be greeted by a woman (blonde hair, blue eyes, mid 40's maybe) who was rude to me, rolling her eyes if I did not understand a question and ignored me many times to check her phone. Unbelievable, would never send my mother here to be neglected. Take care of the woman who consistently ignored me, then MAYBE!
