Setting up the appointment was easy, and Marcia was helpful on the phone. We received a contract online stating the exact scope of the inspection, and we were able to pay online, too. They even have a discount for teachers. Then, we were sent an appointment reminder online, too. I felt "seen" as a customer the entire process.

I was very impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and thorough inspection. The final report is very extensive and our inspector Jeremy D. did a phenomenal job continuing to ask me if I had any questions, and educating me along the way as to what he was observing. Jeremy did a fantastic job! I was unable to be at the inspection in person, but as soon as he finished he called and talked to me in depth about it. He answered all of my questions and provided professional and courteous customer service. The report was detailed and easy to understand, with plenty of images. The images had arrows pointing out items as needed. The cost is reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

This was the first time we have purchased a home and we used House Call Home for our inspection. Amazing inspectors! Super informative and knowledgeable about everything. The report was detailed and left nothing questioned. My husband was on site and they made sure to help him understand the process and answer any questions he had at the time of service as well. Took a few days longer to get the report back than expected but otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Brent Lehman was very professional and informative in identifying some key concerns with a new purchase of a home. Polite and friendly. Presented good information and stuck to the facts only about the property in a way that was balanced between the buyer knowing what they were investing in and being unbiased in a way that doesn’t undercut the seller. Very meticulous and organized. Very honest and genuine inspection - if it was good he let me know. If it was bad he let me know. Would recommend him for your whole house inspection.

They did an ok job with the overall house inspection. However, I would recommend getting someone else for a pest inspection. They did a combined home and pest inspection when we were buying our house and they looked over a few things that should have been caught. A month after we moved into our house, we found out we had a really bad carpenter ant infestation in our bathroom and it was 20 years worth of damage. My husband and I were not happy....

Jeff Bliler was absolutely amazing. He came early on Sunday morning to inspect the house we were buying. It took a little over 2 hours. We chatted most of the time, he gave us (as new homeowners) tips on what to look out for when it came to roof, outdoor paneling, etc. He was extremely detail oriented - taking pictures and note of everything he looked through. The two hours flew by, as he made the whole visit very pleasant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their future homes. We are definitely saving his card for future inspections.

This is our third time using house call. The first two times using them were great. And the inspector himself was great all the way through. This third time though was just unsatisfactory with the scheduling and billing aspect. It was rocky to schedule a day for the inspection since they couldn't do after 4, or on the weekends. I think it is unprofessional to set the phone down and have a conversation with another employee regarding my schedule conflict while I can still hear everything. I might also add that not everything that was discussed was even true and it was made to sound like we

I recently bought my first house and this company was the home inspectors that did a complete home inspection on the house. the two people that came out to inspect the home were very professional and whenever they found something wrong they always made a point to show me what was wrong and hwy it could be fixed. if they found something little that could be fixed right away like loose hi gesture they fixed them right there. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy a hose. fair price excellent job
