Have never signed up for their text or mailing lists, never interacted with this company in ANY fashion. About 6 months ago I got dozens of phone calls from "A-Max Auto Insurance" from all over the country. I asked to be removed and blocked the numbers, only to get a call a few hours later from a different region. This continued for several days, probably at least 50 calls and texts. Finally it stopped.
Over the weekend, the texts began again. I replied to remove me and received "yes sir." Yet today, I've already received two more calls from completely different area

This is the worse insurance that I ever had. I was with them for 2 years with a fixed rate which did not decrease and they did cancel my insurance a month ago without any notice. After I called them to activate my insurance back they asked for $200 for activating the policy back. I have a clean driving background as well. I am now with all state which is much better and almost half of the price that I was paying for A-Max.

Be careful, they are not honest people. They found an insurance company for me, infinity auto insurance, was quoted $130 a month and now my first is due this month; infinity auto insurance is telling me it's going to be $172 a month. I had to provide Amax $188 down payment for the for who knows what reason. I have been trying to get ahold of Chinade Amax representative, no answer to my emails nor calls. Shady company.

Pathetic if I could I would give this place 0 stars. The place smells. Jessica is a pathetic insurance agent. I went twice to get an affordable insurance and she told me:
1. She read the file wrong. Therefore she is unprofessional, careless and wants to be on her phone all day long, since I caught her on there when first walked in. I was waiting for an agent over 20 minutes and the place was empty!!
Secondly, she told me that I will end up paying 500 dollars for insurance on 3 cars because I have a license and my other people do not. On top of that she said that's the price I will have

They don't know what they are doing. An error of them cause me to get my policy canceled i had just got the policy paid 400+ dollars to get it. A month later the insurance company didn't get my auto pay because the agent wrote down the wrong bank account. Ended up paying 250+ more to get it activated again and then still my monthly payment of 168.

The absolute worst! They do insure those who don't have a valid DL, but the service is freaking horrible. They don't care about your time; to make a payment--a process that should be less than two minutes, I have never been off the phone in less than 10. The process is very simple--you pull up my account, you take my payment, you give me a confirmation. Why do I have to sit and hear minutes upon minutes of dead air? I have to keep saying hello until someone finally says something back to me. This is utterly ridiculous and I will not stop until I have spoken with Corporate. I am outraged
