Our Air Team of over 30 professionals is steadily growing to meet your needs. With over 475 combined years of experience and an average of 16 years experience each, our chemists, engineers and environmental managers work with you to successfully interpret and implement these complex requirements. The relationship between environmental risks, regulatory requirements and economic consequences is complex. And we get it. We support you during early stages of site acquisition to identify the likelihood of past chemical releases and the liabilities they pose. In the event that a release occurs on a facility you already own, we work to assess surface and subsurface conditions and develop practical risk-based cleanup alternatives on your behalf.
We are consistently selected to work on the most challenging NPDES permit issues in EPA Region VI. In fact, we were the first environmental firm in the U.S. to obtain an NPDES/LPDES permit for a merchant power plant under Phase I of the Clean Water Act 316(b) regulations. We have successfully completed numerous Toxicity Reduction Evaluations (TREs) including developing the treatment solutions to address toxicity sources.
