I've used these folks for my last three home purchases. They are always on time and do a very detailed inspection. Their representatives on the phone are courteous and so are their inspectors that come to the property. They offer to go over the entire report and explain things very well. I don't bother to call anyone else as I know that I will get a quality job at a fair price with this company.

I have been actively selling real estate for over 40 years and have been to thousands of inspections. Blake did the inspection and was very thorough and explained the inspection results to the buyers in language they could understand (not technical terms) he also showed them the items that they had questions about. I used this company for a pre-purchase inspection. Communication was great every step of the way. I am out of state so I wasn’t able to be there at the time of inspection. But the report was thorough and included great pictures with every problem. They are also very reasonably priced.

I will use A-Action Inspections every time I need an inspection! They are very easy to work with, the inspector, Blake, arrived on time, was very professional, very thorough, and explained every issue to us in easy to understand layman's terms. He provided the report immediately, and it was excellent! Every detail was explained, and there were excellent photos to help understand exactly where the issues were and how extensive.
Blake was very friendly and courteous, as were the people I spoke with on the phone scheduling the appointments.

Our inspector did an amazing job of giving a thorough and complete evaluation of the property. He inspected a house, dock, septic system and metal building and gave very detailed information on all issues we should be aware of. Our realtor warned us that it will make you question buying the home and it did for a minute because it told you everything. But we are so thankful he did because it helped us in negotiations with the home owner and we know everything we need to fix up once we close on the home.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them if we ever need an inspector in the future

My Realtor recommended A-Action. From the minute I called to schedule our inspection I knew they were a great company. I've been in the customer service business for over 30 years. The person I spoke with to schedule our appointment was pleasant and the whole process was so easy. Brian was our inspector and he was awesome.
