Carl and Apex Cleaning are the real deal. In an era of online everything and a woeful lack of face to face customer service, Apex cleaning is literally a breath of fresh air! We have used Apex Carpet numerous times over the years and Carl has been so helpful, responsive and his customer service is second to none. Using Apex has felt very customized and exceptionally quick!! Just recently we called Carl regarding a major wine spill on wool carpeting in our brand new home on move in day. Even though he was fully booked and leaving for a vacation, he made time over lunch to zip by and take care of
