Ken is very personable and reliable! He is always patient and responsive to my scheduling needs and makes sure the appointment works with my calendar! Ken also guarantees his work and will come back at any time if the need arises. I have even sent photos of bugs to him between our quarterly visits and he is quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns I have. His integrity and customer service are greatly appreciated and valued!

Goodspeed Pest Solutions has been our family's quarterly pest control service for many years. Ken and Nick proactively send out reminder texts to let me know when service is upcoming and I am able to select a time that works best for my family's schedule. They do not push unnecessary services on me and proactively manage pest prevention for our household. They provide the necessary treatments, with a thorough knowledge of the season and expected pests.
