Services
Hot Yoga is more than just a workout-it is a way of life. Our team works hard to create an inviting environment for you to come in and just focus on YOU. Our instructors invest a lot in YOU-through developing and strengthening skills to help achieve your goals. Several of our staff do private classes as well.
Everyone leads a busy life nowadays. So, why not let us take care of your fitness and spiritual needs. We offer group classes and specialized programs throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority-see how we can help you make the most out of your time.
Join us for a morning that focuses on our internal and external strength - asana to tone the legs, arms and core; standing balance practice to improve coordination and develop stability; pranayama to strengthen our mind body connection and focus. Similar in format to the Saturday Ashtanga class.
This class typically starts with a series of sun salutations, then builds in intensity towards a full core sequence and then slows with some twists and slow stretches. Each class is slightly different, but all are equally challenging. Vinyasa (translates to "flowing with breath"). This is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga that joins physical postures (or asanas) with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.

I moved from Nashville almost 2 years ago and immediately looked for a hot yoga studio. This studio far exceeded my expectations! I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve been to. I appreciate the variety they offer and the knowledge of each instructor I’ve practiced with. From kickboxing and barre to traditional yoga classes, I’ve been challenged from each one. The facilities are clean and welcoming! You won’t be disappointed trying out a class!

I have been going to HYOH since 2013. This studio is amazing! It provides a perfect ambience for Hot Yoga. The instructors are genuinely there to help you. They have classes for all levels. Great place to make life long friends. With new ownership, sky is the limit! I wholeheartedly recommend this studio. Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

I am loving all the amazing positive changes going on here at HYOH. I have come here since the studio opened in 2010 or so, and the teachers and staff and ownership are just getting higher quality and kinder and even better customer service. I highly recommend hot yoga and highly recommend this studio!

I loved my experience at this studio!! I think the $20 introductory month is such an incredible value. I took advantage of this and went to as many as 4 classes in one week!
Seek out the classes with Neal or Megan if you can. The classes with these instructors are tough, but Neal and Megan will help you get into the correct form and alignment. They will also help talk you through how to get into and improve on the more difficult poses. They're both very kind and encouraging =)
Unfortunately, I live 30 mins away from the studio and with my college student budget I won't be able to continue classes

Just moved to the area back in June and have been trying to find a hot yoga studio. Did a lot of scouring in the area and come to find out there aren’t a whole lot of options. Decided to give this studio a try. Took a Yin class with Kris. The class was ok. She talked a lot during the class which I thought was slightly frustrating, her instructions could have been better, and she was on her phone for the most part. The studio was nice, the space however I don’t think is meant for a hot yoga studio persay. The hot aspect is where I felt like the studio fell short. Granted it was just a warm class

I have been doing yoga for many years and I have been practicing Ashtanga, bikram, vinaysa flow, and yoga nidra ect. Robyn and here staff provide a very strong practice and challenging atmosphere. Just like anything else you get out of it what you put in. This place is yoga I know this because I come from a studio in Hilton Head South Carolina at the Jiva yoga center where they teach yoga and the philosophy of yoga. Yoga saved my life and it started in Hilton Head and now I can continue it at the hot yoga center. In closing I just want you to know I start yoga at almost 300 lbs and over a three

I recently had my first experience with Hot Yoga at this studio, and walked in not knowing what to expect. I have a couple of co-workers who were very enthusiastic about practicing hot yoga and said that this was the place to go - I was not disappointed.
The owner of the studio was in conversation with another student when I came in, but made sure to greet me and make me feel welcome. There was a very brief form that I had to fill out with basic information to help the staff make sure you're prepared for your experience, and then after a brief tour I entered for my first hot yoga class.

This place provides a physically and emotionally comfortable atmosphere for the beginner and experienced yogi alike. There are a wide range of classes offered in terms of times and styles. Management is interested in the well-being of students and tries to make sure that each new student knows what to expect and what is expected of them; students and instructors are politely guided to follow rules that allow each person to have the best possible experience.

I have done regular yoga before and was curious about this 'Hot Yoga' place. One of my friends convinced a group of us to go and I loved it! I thought I would be uncomfortable in the heat, but I adapted to it and barely noticed by the end! After my class, I felt refreshed and not as tired and/or worn out as I expected, but i still felt like i had a good work out. Also, the teachers were very patient and kind to beginners, such as myself, so do not worry if you have never done yoga before! I recommend taking a class to everyone!
