This place is the slum projects. The maintenance there is terrible and the office personal try to steal your rent money. It is full of minorities and the apartments themselves are run down and falling apart. It has no central heat or air and only a window shaker. For the price you are paying it is not worth it at all. Make sure you get your receipt from the office or they will steal your rent money. STAY AWAY!!!
