I had Tesla panels and seen that my panels produce hardly anything even during summer ! SolarSandy took one look and redesigned and upgraded my panels made me chop down my trees that Blocked some panels and BAM started seeing credits to my bills! Best Experience ever! We checked with several other Solar panel companies for quotes. Upon hearing Solar Sandy’s add, on 550 KFYI AM radio, we called for an appointment.
Solar Sandy’s online information assessment/spreadsheet was excellent, both comprehensive and complete.
Amy came and reviewed a proposal generated by the assessment. She did excellent job, outlining the benefits and the details of the system. Sandy, also, was available and answered our more detailed questions.

There come times in your life where you don't look back and realize a blessing; you observe one in real time. Working with Solar Sandy on our solar panels is one of those times where you feel the blessing as it happens.

So, I heard their ad on the radio and thought I would try and see what they could offer. I completed the information on their website, and in the section I could make a request I asked for an email with the information they came up so I could review and prepare when they called and went over my quote. Never received anything back. A person called back within a couple of days to schedule a video conference to go over the quote the had. I asked for the quote to be emailed so I could review and prepare for the meeting. Still, no quote. The day before the meeting I received a call to tell me

We used Sandy to install our unit Oct, 2020 and could not be happier. From first contact to present, we are still receiving great customer service. In the spring, when everyone was getting ready to turn air conditioners on, Sandy and her team sent out a helpful email with video to ensure we would get the most out of our solar system. So glad that she did since I had forgotten about just setting the thermostat to one temperature and leaving it there.

This company has excellent service they really care about their customers.From the designs up to the installation Sandy has been very professional and knowledgeable. They will even monitor your monthly electric bill to check if you are getting the most out of your Solar panels and make adjustments if necessary.

We Love Solar Sandy! She is always willing to address and questions or concerns that we had and even have now, after our install! That is so hard to find! She has and still continues to treat us like family. In previous purchases for our home, once you purchase the product and it service, you never see the salesperson again.
