Services
BayMark Financial offers private investor money for 1st and 2nd Trust Deed Loans available for those in need of FAST mortgage financing without strict bank underwriting. For current interest rates on available Trust Deed loans call us at (650) 345-4222, send us an email message, or contact us with our Contact Form.
Our loan rates are based upon the type of property, loan term, the Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio, loan size and priority of the loan (1st or 2nds). Because these factors vary with each loan, to obtain the most current and competitive rate for your specific loan request, please call us at (650) 345-4222, send us an email message, or contact us with our Contact Form.
A Trust Deed, like a mortgage, is used to record transactions in which real property is involved as security. Trust Deeds are recorded to secure Promissory Notes signed by the borrower, which clearly state the interest rate, payment terms, time period covered by the Note and any special clauses. Our Trust Deed Notes specify that interest payments be made monthly.
Trust Deed Investments are designed for Individuals, Trusts, IRAs, and Pension/Profit Sharing Plans. If you are looking for a fixed rate of return, payable monthly, Trust Deed Notes are an excellent investment vehicle to accomplish those goals. A $20,000 minimum investment is required.

Rather than investing in a pool of funds in an entity such as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), your name or retirement plan's name will appear on the recorded Trust Deed or Assignment of Deed of Trust in the county where the subject property is located.
Since our inception in 1982, BayMark Financial's knowledge of the real estate market and expertise in Trust Deed Note transactions have provided our investors with a consistent and predictable fixed rate of return. BayMark Financial's principal officer has been a licensed California real estate broker specializing in the Trust Deed loan business since 1976.
