Chevera’s caregivers drove through a snowstorm at midnight to get to my family member immediately after receiving my call. They communicated with me as much as I wanted. Their prices were on the best I found. I was thankful to have a professional service to help with eldercare, from housekeeping through first aid. I felt like the reason they tried to do their best was that they believed the care they gave mattered.

In just 4 short months I will have been employed with Chavera Home Care for 4 years! I absolutely love this company. It has allowed me not only to work with a great group of people, but has also given me the flexibility to go back to school and pursue my education as a RN. I love the fact that I can incorporate my education with my job. This makes me feel confident in the care I give my clients! Community In Home Care is an outstanding first classed company. Myself being in the health care industry, this company stands out as top. Insurance companies often times have strigent rules & have to be notified ahead of time, not during the middle of care. If this is done, companies cannot legally back date. Often anger is misplaced if insurance denies any claims. However, I can attest seeing the patient care that is given from this company to multiple patients, I am confident in recommending Community In Home Care to even my family.First class service

We hired Community In-Home Care, currently known as Chavera Home Care, in the fall of 2012 to care for my father who was homebound due to his struggles with COPD. They were nothing but helpful to work with. The professionalism they displayed coupled with the personalized care they provided my father allowed him to live in the comfort of his home and maintain as much dignity as possible. I will forever be grateful for the services this company offered and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the position of caring for an elderly family member.

"Insurance does not generally cover in home care. Denials by insurance are common & are not representative of this excellent company. It is understandable that an insurance denial would make a family upset, but not fair to blame a company who goes way above the call of duty to put their patients as top priorities" I would recommend this company to anyone, even my own family.

My Grandmother hired this service after she broke her hip. The company failed to keep accurate notes of the work they were doing in my Grandmother's home. Due to their incompetence my Grandmother's insurance claim was declined. Later, they stopped answering their phone and stonewalled our requests for the information. My Grandmother ended up paying them many thousands of dollars for shoddy homecare that wasn't covered by insurance.
