Great experience, the customer service is like no other jewelry company in the Northland. They always go the extra steps to make sure you are beyond happy with your purchase. I worked with a few of their team during the sidewalk sale and they were some of the kindest, most caring people at that entire event. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases. They have all kind of cool things in their shop. I bought a vase, christmas ornaments, and a necklace for my girlfriend and each one they gave fantastic suggestions on what I should and shouldn't buy based on her tastes! Very impressed

I have been a customer here MULTIPLE times buying my wife's wedding ring and wedding band, my wedding ring, a gift for my mother and now a gift for my wife after our first child was born. Everyone here is so genuine and truly wants to help find the perfect fit for what you're shopping for. I had awful experiences at the Miller Hill Mall with the big name jewelry stores, I'll never shop anywhere but here!

My favorite watch shop ever! We are so lucky to have such an amazing watch repair and servicing man as David. He comes from NYC with av wealth of experience working in high end boutique watch shops: he knows it all and delivers. The other members of the staff are bar none exceptional as well. Old fashioned salesmanship with a warm family feel. After dropping by a few times, they feel like old friends and definitely take care of their loyal fans! Kudos!

I had to return a bracelet because I no longer needed it and after 4 months I realized that security jewelers never received the bracelet because UPS lost it in transit
And I was never refunded my money

If I could give Security Jewelers TEN stars I would. I recently purchased a watch as a gift for someone. I am not a watch wearer myself, so this was a learning experience as well as a shopping mission. I am not local, so I called Security Jewelers and worked with Jay. He is amazing!!! I purchased a Triton tungsten carbide silver, diamond ring and upon arrival I noticed that the fit was larger than my size. I had measured my size at 13 1/2 and ordered my ring.
After reading various websites, I discovered that .Tungsten rings fit larger than the measured size.
I called Security Jewelry and told them about my large fitting ring. I returned my ring to them and changed the size from 13 1/2 to size 13.
My new ring arrived and after opening the package my replacement ring was there. I immediately placed the ring on my finger for a perfect fit.

BE AWARE - My husband bought both my engagement ring and wedding band here. Within ONE MONTH of having the wedding band, a diamond fell out. However, FAR worse, this past weekend, my supposedly platium setting cracked on the prong of my engagement ring, and the diamond fell out. I would be extremely cautious about using this jeweler. I would not recommend to anyone.
I really hope other people have had different experiences, but I honestly feel a responsibility to share this. I wish someone had with us.
