Chris was great and responsive. They were very easy to schedule with and flexible when I had to reschedule. They were right on time, installed my new windshield quickly and efficiently. I think the were normal price wise and It seems like they did a good job from what I can tell. I'd use them again.

I got a rock to the windshield, needed a replacement. Even though they weren't in my insurance company's network, they worked effectively with them, and tracked down a new windshield in Oklahoma when there was a 2 month back-order locally. Great service!

I needed an emergency windshield replacement and Chris got me in for his first available spot ASAP. He returned my call/VM quickly and communicated throughout the process. He made sure I had everything (info) I needed in terms of what I needed to do post replacement in recalibrating my cameras, and to take care of the new windshield. I really wanted to give this company a good review. In fact, the owner was great before and after. Unfortunately, the tech's attitude caused this review. Tech called on his way, got started and finished within an hour. All good so far. Prior to the tech finishing, I sent him a text that my wife and I were on a call with my kid's school, but we could be out in 20-30 mins. I offered for him to leave the invoice if he needed to leave. Despite my text, he then harassed my 13yo and 10 yo kids, barking about that my kids need to get me and that he had to leave, etc. He totally freaked

Chris was able to order and install a back passenger quarter window for our mini on the same day! He quoted two days and called later and arranged to install same day in McKinney. The guys at FastGlass really helped turn a frustrating day into a not so bad one. It's never a convenient time to have something fly off a truck and crack your windshield, but within 3 hours of the crack, I had a brand new windshield! Right when I called them they merged my insurance company into the call to initiate the claim, set a location for the repair (they came right to my parking garage), and gave me an ETA of 40 mins. They got right to work and were efficient and informative. By the time I ran some errands, they were finished. I'm really appreciative that they handled the process

Chris was very awesome and very understanding of my situation. Chris and Joshua both kept me update on an ETA. I called Sunday August 30,2020. Put my $50 booking fee witch goes towards your full payment. Monday morning my windshield was in. Joshua did it in a matter of 45 mins. My total cost was $300 including a $20 tip to Joshua. Yes someone took a hammer to my windshield. Edit I forgot to mention they came to me.

Chris (the owner) was extremely nice and caring. He looked out for me and my BMW finding me a windshield basically on the spot! The price was a little over $100 cheaper than what insurance quoted and the workers were on time and super professional. Would definitely recommend this company if you need any window service!

My Jeep was broken into. I call Chris for a quote , he explained the price over the phone. He scheduled to my convenience and the installer called 30 minutes before showing up. She did a great job. I would highly recommend using these guys.

I recently used Chris and his crew for two cars, with two separate problems. One required repair, and one required replacement.
I was extremely satisfied both jobs - Chris handled the repair (a few rock chips on my son's car), and his replacement tech (with 20+ years experience) quickly removed and replaced the windshield on my wife's late model Yukon.
Both cars were completed in under 90 minutes, at my home, and both look fantastic!
