It's not every day a company surpasses over 100 years of success. Since 1907, we've built some pretty impressive projects and experienced a lot of growth. A fifth generation, privately held firm, we've kept our feet firmly on the ground with the same formula for success as when we started: "client-first" commitment, dedication to employees, strong management practices and quality craftsmanship.

Below are some important milestones we've achieved over the years.
Services
Since opening our doors in 1907, our family of companies has provided the Northeast with premier construction management and general contracting services and self-performing civil and utility expertise. We always strive to build a bond of trust that fuels teamwork, innovation and excellence in everything we do.
As CEO & President, Tony oversees the strategic direction and long-term growth of the entire BOND Family of Companies. Tony has shown tremendous leadership in developing BOND's Connecticut and New York City offices as well as extending the firm's reach. As the fourth generation of family managing BOND, Ed Bond has over 30 years' experience in the construction management industry and is a highly respected leader in the industry.
For more than a century, we've taken great pride in building a family-driven firm culture with a true sense of caring for our employees and our community. Our people are at the core of everything we do. We are devoted to the success of our employees and realize their diversity, unique talents, and hard work make our company what it is today.
We've been around long enough to know the success of any firm is built upon its people. Like a family, we are strengthened by the diversity of our employees through their many talents, skills and experience. We are bonded together by the exceptional work that we do. If you share that same passion and commitment to delivering superior customer service, then we'd love to talk with you.
What is your current job and how long have you been doing it? I am Senior Project Manager. I started my career in 1999 at T.R White Co. and have continued working in this industry in different capacities for the last 21 years. Why did you choose construction as a career path? What led you to it? I didn't actually choose construction; it kind of chose me.

In Paul's Letter to Timothy he writes, "Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning."
