Services
As an in-home healthcare and personal care agency, we offer professional services through Toledo and the surrounding area. We provide both in-home nursing services and non-medical personal and companion care services to the elderly, as well as people with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Our services allow those in need to remain comfortably in their home, close to family and friends.
Skilled medical care describes services that need to be completed by a nurse or therapist. These include but are not limited to: physical, speech or occupational therapies, wound care, medication management, and IV services. It is prescribed as part of a care plan usually following a hospitalization, rehabilitation or a stay at a skilled nursing facility.
I was raised on the lake fishing and enjoying the outdoors. I have 3 children, Angela (husband Don and granddaughters Kaylee and Claira), Russ, and Johnny. Johnny is in scouts so I'm a scout mom, and because he is a tenor sax player, I'm also a band mom. My hobbies include fishing, quilting, gardening, camping, and traveling.

This is a very caring and competent home health care team, they work hard to accomodate your needs and match the caregiver with the customer. Work hard to work with your needs and schedule, review all the customers requirements and are available whenever you need them, with creative solutions and caring understanding. My Mom & her family is totally satisfied with Arista.

I didn't want to give them one star. Paula promise that if someone couldn't work she would cover the shift. Soooo not true. Multiple days of either being late and no show. They completely took us off the schedule with out letting us know. Don't bother to get references only gives you the ones that will give excellent reviews. Communication is very poor. They don't return phone calls. Left us high and dry. DON'T GO WITH ARISTA HOME CARE!

The overall experience in having them help with the care of my father was very good. He felt comfortable with them and the home health aids were good at redirection when needed. I would hire them again if needed. The company was also very accommodating as we had to quickly move to an assisted living arrangement instead of staying in the home.

Recently, I've been dealing with the emotions of choosing an in-home care provider for my elderly mother. Mom has always been very independent, so the very thought of getting help for is a concern - however, she's been needing more and more help at home. I reached out to Paula from Arista Home Care Solutions regarding my needs, and she was able to answer my questions, responding with empathy. My brother and I decided to test the waters with just a few hours a week. Arista's staff is so helpful that we've now started having them over for 20 hours a week.
