Modular homes are gaining popularity throughout the country and the forecasted growth in the next decade is soaring. The modular housing industry offers homeowners an alternative to traditional building that reduces the build time and improves the overall health and efficiency of the structure. The ability to build in a climate controlled environment eliminates the negative effects of the harsh environment.
Today, that's simply not the case. Technological advances have made custom modular homes a popular option for several reasons. All of the materials - from framing, roofing, and plumbing to cabinetry, interior finish, and electrical - are identical to what you would find in a conventional "stick-built" home, with some major time and financial advantages.
Modular construction is enjoying a renaissance. Even though it's been around since the early 1900s, advanced technology has made it more cost-efficient, reduced construction time, and added to the quality and customization possibilities for your home.
The most popular type of modular addition is attached to the side of a home to create either a separate living unit, such as an in-law apartment, or additional rooms, such as a new kitchen, dining room, and great room.

This company is really unprofessional. I am really upset with their lack of respect for our company. We did a job for them about 2 years ago and We never got payed. Everytime we discussed this with the owner they would put off some excuse. Now that we have tried to reach out to him he does not answer our calls.I find this really unprofessional and inefficient coming from the owner of this company. All we want is to get paid for our hard work, which was labor & materials.

Don Althoff gave me a clear itemized proposal for renovating my kitchen, after providing the free estimate. He listened to my questions and concerns, and offered creative solutions to solve tricky issues. One innovation that his assistant Wes came up with was adapting a pantry for a broom closet. He included my concerns in the design and addressed them in the implementation. They gutted my kitchen and installed new recessed lighting, updated the electricity, and helped me to choose energy-efficient and earth-friendly options wherever possible. I chose him over other contractors because he didn
