I usually don't like to write feedbacks of any kind, but I'm writing this in honor of excellent customer service at REAL FAST AUTO GLASS! I was honor to meet with the owner Joe. Anyways I don't want to get into the complication of how it started, but without that unforseen trouble that I experienced I wouldn't have also experience the professional response and dedication of great service. Joe might be a young business owner but he really knows how to treat his CUSTOMERS. Besides an excellent job of Fred putting my windshield in, these are great human beings.. keep up the good

Wow, I can't say enough great things about this company. Joe and his team really strive hard to ensure their customers are treated well and all work is completed in a timely manner.
My wife was leaving for Portland on Wednesday morning from our home in Gold Canyon with a cracked and leaky windshield still attached to her truck. So, I called Joe/real Fast Auto Glass on Sunday, our insurance slowed down the process a little (as they had to "assess the damage"), but as soon as I had approval Tuesday afternoon, Joe was on the ball finding a windshield and getting things scheduled with

I had recently purchased a used car and then noticed a chip on the windshield. As it turns out the chip was repaired previously by the prior owner and nothing could be done with it for technical reasons. There was no charge for showing up and giving me an honest diagnosis. An unscrupulous person could have made the attempt to fix the chip and taken my money. Not Real

I hired Real Fast Auto Glass to replace a windshield on my Escalade. They were not an approved vender through my insurance but they had descent reviews on Yelp so I gave them a shot. BIG MISTAKE!
Not only did they crack my dashboard but they tried to tell me they didn't, and took zero responsibility. They told me it was already there. I drive my car everyday, have never seen a crack and the first time I drove my car since having a windshield installed I have a giant crack on my dash. I don't think this is a coincidence.

No idea how service or quality is because when I called for a quote I got the message "The mailbox belonging to Tom is full and cannot accept new messages"
Unfortunately that earns a company one star in my book because having a way for customers to get a hold of you in order to do business is a pretty darn essential part of doing good business.
It's pretty impossible to get "real fast auto glass" when you can't even get a hold of the company to begin with. Lol.
Guess I'll call the next guy on the Yelp list. :)

Just had Real Fast Glass do my rear window on my f150. Joe is tough to get a hold of on the phone and you can't leave a message since his voice mail is full... That was frustrating. His business hours are also not necessarily true. Plan on 8-5 Monday - Friday. I kept calling because of all the good reviews on yelp and the yelp deals he is running.
Once I got in touch with them things went smoothly. Joe gave me a time window when to expect him (same day) and got the window off and re-sealed and installed it. He did a very clean job and was thorough with his work. He explained why

Let me start off by saying that I really, really, really had much higher hopes for this company as I found them here on Yelp and saw nothing but 5-star reviews.
We needed a windshield on one of our company vehicles replaced.
I called on a Thursday and spoke with Joe. He seemed very eager to accommodate our busy schedule and I was grateful for that. Joe stated that he had the windshield we needed and could have a 6" tint strip installed before they arrived for an additional $15.00. Sold. He set an appointment for Saturday at 10:00 am.
Saturday morning, no one showed up. We received

Just had my windshield replaced by this company. I experienced wonderful customer service. Joe is the one who came out to replace the windshield.
The phone calls were professional and friendly. When Joe arrived, he did not realize that the new windshield he had for me had some nicks in it.
It must have bumped one of the other windows. He called and advised me that he would have to leave to go get another one.
He wasn't gone long and he was able to replace the windshield in a timely manner.
I love that they will come to your location of choice saving you from having to take time

Pricing is phenomenal and Joe or his guys come straight to you. So...you don't have to go anywhere...or sit for an hour at a shop...they come on your time. Yep, I said it. They schedule time to come out to you.

Oh yeah...and the truck that came out to fix my windshield was this crazy lifted
