It seems that the customers are all
Happy but what they don’t know is how the employees are worked to the bone, abused and under paid. They’re asked to work hrs they didn’t sign up for, demand employees come in when they’re not scheduled and reprimand if not. Employees have complained because in a few occasions they haven’t been paid at all. But management does nothing about it. Most employees are either really young and don’t know about labor law or they speak little English and don’t know the laws that protect them either. There seems to be favoritism where some employees are demanded

Stay away as far as possible. Extremely unprofessional and unethical company. They created a good sample box that met my specification. So I raised a PO. Once the PO was signed the production boxes shipped were really bad quality. They even would not replace the defective boxes unless you agree to pay extra. When I argued, they asked to take the tool away and would not be ready to work with me. I knew this would expensive than the boxes made in China, but I wanted Made in the USA boxes and expected a good customer service at a minimum. But very disappointed.
