Jk has been such a pleasure to work with. They check all the boxes, they are Professional, efficient and everyone is so kind! JK Paint was accommodating, professional, kind, easy to work with, and responsive. We had a difficult project to paint the inside of our home we had just moved into with 2 kids and they nailed it. They helped us complete the project quickly and as easily as possible. They also did fabulous work.

JK Paint worked in conjunction with Sister Siding to update my daughter's 1950's house. Lead paint remediation was needed before the siding could be replaced and safety procedures were thorough. Painting started immediately after the siding was replaced and was professionally completed in just a couple of days. Any spots needing attention found during the final walk-through were remedied promptly. We really appreciated the open lines of communication and the desire to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their work.

I have a very tall house. Like you need to be Spider-man or the Last Son of Krypton to feel comfortable getting on the roof, let alone painting it. JK came out, had an extremely competitive bid, used excellent materials, had professional workers and did a great job. They not only painted, but replaced old caulking and resealed windows and seems.
When they were done, they had to let the front door dry and took the weather sealing off the door jam. I thought I was going to replace it, but they showed up the next day and put the sealing back! The house is now protected and looks as good as new. Thank

We have a board and batten sided, daylight ranch house that had been stained with a DIY stain mix for its lifetime, along with painted trim boards. It had gotten pretty faded in places over time and needed a refresh. We got quotes from three different companies and decided that JK Paint was the one we felt would provide the best service for the… best value. We had to go with a stain on the existing stain, and paint on the trim, so it took a little extra work and detailing. They also prepped, primed, and painted the foundation for us. Davis came out and spoke with me not once, but twice and answered all my questions and concerns, Adan the project supervisor, was on top of all aspects of the exterior paint project, all of the painters were efficient and cleaned up each time they were there, and Isabel, the office manager was always friendly and helpful. We had the entire interior painted & drywall and ceilings repaired due to a prior plumbing leak. The crew averaged 5 workers over six days including a Saturday. Many man hours of work. Carlos and his crew were simply outstanding....the workmanship, effort, with as little disruption to our life as possible. Armando is the absolute best drywall repair and wall/ceiling texture resource I have ever been around. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!?

After living in the house now for ~ 2 months I'm changing the review. We've noticed several spots that were missed / leaked, and after having them come over 2 times for additional touch ups we are still finding spots / issues. There are two closets where the ceiling was just not painted. Also, at the time they mentioned the trim was in decent shape and they didn't think it needed to be done. We are currently about to do it because it looks so bad against the painted walls.
We definitely saved thousands of dollars by going with JK, so from a price / value standpoint they are solid

JK Painting had a competitive bid, helped us with the color selection and sent a good team. My compliments to Christine, Michael and especially Sergei and his attention to detail.
We're in Dundee in a craftsman we purchased two years ago. We had seen a photo with four colors on a cottage and attempted to get close to it. I have to say with JK's help we got darn close.
