A Chiropractic adjustment is a gentle & specific type of health care given by a Chiropractor. Whether you have been to the emergency room or not after an accident, you are recommended to visit an injury specialist immediately for evaluation. ER doctors may tell you that your X-rays look normal and then write a prescription for pain relief, but they are not specialized in whiplash and soft tissue injuries.

Dr Cara is the absolute best, truly a hidden gem in the world of health, wellness, and chiropractic. I moved to Sandy Springs/Roswell from Chamblee area right before the pandemic and my other chiropractor closed for months, I was struggling really bad with my neck pain as I have for years but managed via chiropractic & medication and my weightloss journey came to a screeching halt. I’ve been going to Dr. Cara for over a decade now. She is absolutely phenomenal! I always feel much better after an adjustment from her. I am able to move more easily throughout my day. A couple years ago I experienced an acute situation due to excessive travel and going too long without getting adjusted. I called her on a Saturday morning, as I was unable to walk without severe pain. I was able to come in that day. In addition to an adjustment she provided me with holistic pain management remedies. Dr. Cara is awesome. Her practice is laid back and casual. There’s lots of supplements and various items available for purchase to help with your overall wellness. She has some of the warmest hands and her energy radiates deep. When she adjusts me, I feel instant relief. My only regret is not coming more often.

I have been a patient of Dr Cara’s since she first started. Recently I began having pain in my neck and shoulder. After a few visits, and following her instructions I am 1000 percent better.
