My water heater went out on Friday at 2 PM, Javet responded to my request and went and picked up a new water heater for me before 5PM the same day. He was out at 8AM on Saturday morning changing it out. He is a very happy go lucky person, friendly, and knowledgeable. As if that isn't awesome enough, he was also very well prepared, requested pictures, and made sure he had everything on hand and in his van that he needed to complete the job. His prices were more than fair, his work was nice and tidy, and he was in and out in no time. He cleaned up after himself, hauled away my old water heater

Called Mr. Long to repair a broken shut off valve under the kitchen sink. He call back quickly, scheduled the repair that day.
He arrived promptly and had the repair completed within an hour. All the while he was very friendly and professional.
Will absolutely call him again if we need any plumbing work done and will highly recommend him to all of our friends and coworkers!

Javet is an absolute professional. He is prompt to service calls, responds to calls and text quickly, thoroughly explains what needs to be done, and charges a fair price (and accurate estimates). He is friendly and honest, and I trust his assessments. Even during the free estimate for a sink installation, he went out of his way to check our water pressure and adjusted as needed based on a question I had about my shower.

Javet is very responsive to calls, very friendly, and does great work. Prices were also good. I have lived in my house for 2 years didn't know how old the toilet was and it was a push button on the tank lid flush. It's always been a horrible toilet requiring multiple flushes and extra water to make it flush adequate enough to pass waste. He came out looked at it, put the auger down, and came to the conclusion that it seemed like the toilet just needed to be replaced. Called 8/3, he came out 8/4, and I had a new toilet 8/5. He's a super personable dude, and took the time to explain what needed (and didn't need) to be replaced and why. The estimate was fair, and there weren't any "hidden" costs. Javet is a great plumber and a true professional. I had a situation where I had not one but two leaks from my toilets to my ceiling. I had tried to call several plumbers but the best they could do would be two weeks to a week and a half. Not Javet, he offered to come check out my issue the following day. He was a cool guy and listened to my concerns and then troubleshooted the problem. He gave me a fair flat rate upfront and the rest was history. Called Javet at Longevity Plumbing to install our new reverse osmosis (RO) system for under our kitchen sink. I had ordered the kit from Apec Water (California company, made in the USA) through Amazon. He arrived on time as scheduled, quickly completed the project and charged a reasonable fee. Another plumbing company wanted to charge me quadruple what Javet charged! Longevity Plumbing is now my "go to" for all of my future plumbing needs.
