Awesome hotel in downtown Red Lodge. Great bar/restaurant, awesome gym (even racquetball courts), fun staff and perfect location. Only need is to update the bathrooms! Thanks for hosting a great racquetball tournament! We will be back!

Awesome gym. Really quiet. Brand new equipment. I'd stay here just for that. Oh and the ladies at the front desk are always funny ! Good casual walking to the elevator conversation. Excellent customer service.

We were staying at the pollard for the week..we first ate at this restaurant and Dan and Andrew were great hosts. The food was pretty good and I would have given this place a 4 star until we met the director of the restaurant. She was so rude not just one time but on 2 occasions. I won't be going back just because of her. The bar tender was a little testy as well.

So disappointed in the hotel for so many things. Worst of all, it fails completely in communication. There is absolutely no food available even though the website still glorifies its dining. The main reason we booked a stay here again, was its excellent dining. We both are arthritic and looked forward to dining in the hotel. If there had been any thoughtful communication, we could have made suitable arrangements for meals. We understand shortage of personnel but not deceiving guests. Please correct your website and notify guests appropriately. Itโ€™s so easy to do the right thing.

We had a large group of 25 and needed a place to eat. We did not have reservations, but we called and Marliโ€™s restaurant was able to get us seated promptly and really worked hard to get us all served in a timely manner. We want to shout out to Neil, Amos, the kitchen staff, and all the rest who went above and beyond to serve our group. Food was fantastic.

WARNING: This place does not let you check in earlier than 4:00 p.m. even if your room has been cleaned and is otherwise ready. We called and e-mailed multiple times ahead of our stay to ask to check in early as we had a wedding to attend at 3:00 p.m. (This was supposedly one of the preferred hotels for the wedding). The hotel never e-mailed us back and their staff was rude each time that we called. We offered to pay extra or do whatever was needed to check in a little before three as we wouldnโ€™t get back until late in the evening. The person who we spoke with the morning of our check in date

Meal was delicious. I had mushroom ๐Ÿ„ stuffed ravioli pasta. So good ๐Ÿ‘ The cocktail ๐Ÿธ list is extensive. Try the whiskey sage, very refreshing and tasty. The library in the Pollard is very refined. The history of the Pollard and Red Lodge are hi-lighted with pictures and newspaper articles. Wonderful stay!
