The selection of materials made for your project are organized and communicated throughout the building process. The architect and builder receive detailed finish schedules and drawings. To insure adequate traffic flow throughout your home, we assess architectural elements, and building design. We will provide furniture placement recommendations and layouts.

By listening to us carefully as we explored our vision, Annie guided us in the creation of tranquil spaces that let in the New Mexico environment while preserving the serenity we sought. Her subtle use of color, stone and texture achieved the simple look and feel that we wanted.

When we built our new house, I thought we could do the interior design work ourselves, but my husband said our not getting help was like a man who wouldn't stop to ask for directions.With her ideas, experience and resources, Annie O'Carroll put us on the road we wanted. We hired Annie O'Carroll to be the designer for our home renovation based on her reputation, work ethic and superior design skills.

The Essential Guide in Santa Fe and Taos took note of Annie's work this past year and included her mix of classic and modern in their annual publication.
