These products have been designed to stay cold according to their use, the Eye Compress (Eyes Pack) has a specially designed gel that will last cold between 10 to 25 minutes. This difference in time varies depending on two factors: a) room temperature, b) patient temperature.
Of course, the application of the eye mask will last longer as you reapply because temperature of the skin and muscles tissues have been lowered with prior applications and there is less temperature exchange between the eye mask and the face.The main reason why this product stays cold 10 to 25 minutes only, is because we do not want to apply cold in this area for long periods of time to avoid any possible tissue damage.
