Owner Collin Camp founded Network Logic in 1998 after working many years in the I.T. field with companies such as IBM, Walgreens and worked directly with the United States Navy as a department of defense I.T. contractor. I was not greeted when I walked in. Waited around for about 10 minutes for someone and no one ever came. While there I noticed that most products displayed on the shelf are for devices 4+ years old. Judging from other reviews this seems to be a place to avoid, I just wish I would have checked reviews before wasting a trip there.

Couldn't ask for better service. My macbook pro had an encryption failure while installing Yosemite for the first time. It took Network Logic a couple days to fix my laptop due b/c of apple but I was called in the morning and evening from Zac each day that they had my laptop with updates on their progress.

Don't go here! Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. I had a PC that had already been looked at by another local firm and when they couldn't do anything with it, they waived their $50 fee. Then someone told me to take it to Network Logic for a second opinion. They required $75 up front when I dropped it off and then called me just a short while later and said, "Yep, it's broken -- we can't do anything with it." Of course, they kept my $75. Man, did I feel like a sucker! So then I bring them a little $125 netbook that I can't get to connect to wi-fi for some reason. I'm thinking maybe they

When I went in to Network Logic on Monday ( 10/21/13) afternoon, I was in distress and they were on it immediately. Yes, there is an initial fee, but that is a normal in these situations. In some businesses it is called a bench fee. Without all the long details, I was beyond pleased. My computer could not be saved but my data was. I've been dealing with computers for a long time, so I am a realist as to what is possible with repairs. The staff was very professionsl....Linda Strickland
