If you are used to travelling for business, then you know how important it is to find a comfortable hotel, a good restaurant, places where to relax and prepare for the meeting, places where you would take your business partner. You have to know the city well and be well organized, booking airline tickets, airport transfer, car rental and a hotel room.

Hi Rajeev: Thanks for your response. It is very much appreciated. You are right that I did not call Silverline about the problem we encountered; however, this was my wedding day, and I was extremely busy, as you can imagine. Being on hold on the phone was the last thing I should have been doing.
I am glad that you have confirmed what was told me when I originally booked the service, which is that I could use the bus back and forth as needed. At least I was not under the wrong impression.
