Strange set up. We can only access our suite through the parking garage. Spacious apartment but sparse amenities. No hangers! No towel racks. Poor coffee setup. There is no real lobby. No fresh coffee in the morning and no list of nearby restaurants which is essential.
Grab bars in the bathrooms would be very helpful!!

The hotel itself has beautiful rooms and awesome amenities but it was honestly so hard to find the actual hotel. There is only one small sign high up on the side of the building, in a tiny alley like road that goes through the community next to the jewelry shop. The hotel is actually just the third floor of the building and its like condos or timeshares on floor two, and then there are offices on the bottom floor so finding the parking garage is key. Park on the bottom floor initially to go check in, then you'll be parking on the 3rd floor which had easy quick access to get to the gorgeous large

STAY AWAY!!!
Upon arrival, we found bars of soap left in the bathrooms, dirty pans in the kitchen cabinets, the AC filter and door filthy, a black film on the kitchen floor that was sticky, and wet/mildewy carpet. Our room was incredibly hot, even with the AC on 65. We called the front office to report these things and were informed that the rooms aren't cleaned daily, only if you called and asked for something. So, we had to call daily and ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. I continuously had to call and ask for sheets to be exchanged, carpets vacuumed, floors mopped and for the bathrooms to

I left a very lengthy review in trip advisor of this place, but long story short, it's not a 3-star hotel as advertised. The room was spacious and the gal who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Beyond that I have nothing good to say about this place, the staff the morning of checkout was 20 minutes late, which in turn, made me late for an appointment and everything in the room was old, outdated, broke, gross, and useless. The word I used to describe every part of it the entire time we were there was 'Jenky'. Wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.

My daughter got a room for the ladies to get ready for the wedding... 3 kids sitting on the bed watching cartoons while the adults did hair and make-up... Security comes knock on the door about a noise complaint... Trust me when i say that we were all shocked because we were not making any noise at all...It wasn't a noise complaint... It was a black complaint...

This was the biggest rip off of any hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The cost for the two bedroom was $280 per night. We checked in and immediately checked out because the room had furniture that was partially destroyed, nasty, and extremely dated. They claim to be a four diamond hotel. I am not sure who rated this hotel but that is a joke. Do not under any circumstances ever stay at this hotel, it is a rip off. I have stayed in hotels that were $80 per night that were better. It is honestly embarrassing that this is associated with the name or brand of River Ranch.

Do not stay here. You can spend $100 less for a much better room (with amenities that are actually in the hotel) a block down the street. Continental breakfast? Laughable. Curtains in the room were falling off. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain. The fridge in the room smelled awful and the freezer part was all frozen with ice. The whole layout of the place is just plain weird and disorienting. My husband tried speaking with someone about how dissatisfied we were (twice) with no success. I could go on.

The hotel itself is very nice. The room is clean, large and has upscale fixtures and furnishings. It has great amenities included such as a nice pool and gym. The courtyard is esthetically pleasing. I was disappointed to learn on arrival that the hotel did not have cribs available for babies and offered to send up blankets for my 1 year old to sleep on the floor with. This should be a standard especially for ab upscale hotel.
