Our mission at Curious Apples is to provide an enriching, educational, preschool experience. We know that high quality preschool sets the foundation for future education. Strong neural connections in the brain must be formed during these early years. Research has proven that young children learn through play.
Play allows children to problem solve, take risks, and become independent. At Curious Apples, children will have free play time with access to centers that include writing, music and motion, dramatic play, blocks, Legos, wheels (cars/trucks), library, computer, water/sand table, and science and discovery.

Services
Curious Apples is proud to provide child care services for 2-5 year olds, Florida's Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (school year and summer programs available) and after-school drop-off for school-aged children. Our two and three-year olds have their own separate classroom with age-appropriate toys and games.

I have worked with Curious Apples and their teachers and owner for many years. The attention and love that they give to all of the kids that attend is incredible. Everyone is always happy, singing, playing and learning. I have worked with many daycares and seen a lot of things. The teachers and owner take pride in their work and the kids in every single aspect.I highly recommend

My son went there from his Pre K year to after school care for several years. The staff is a great group that is very mindful of children and their need to learn and have an enjoyable atmosphere.
The location and hours were exactly what I needed as a working dad and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to ANY ONE of the staff that is employed there.
From the highly motivated owner, who by the way, is a registered nurse, Sandra Pate to any of the class act teachers in Miss Sheila, Miss Paula, Miss Sabrina, Miss Ann, Miss Katie, Miss Gwen, to name a few that I personally dealt with. 5 STARS

My daughter attends VPK here, and she loves it. Her teacher, Ms. Ann, is wonderful. She has learned so much and is completely prepared for kindergarten. I like that they offer school 5 days a week and follow the county school schedule. They also have the best prices for day care in town. They really make it affordable. I’m so glad my child’s first school experience has been such a positive one. I can’t thank this school enough for providing a loving, safe place for my child to learn!

Our child spent three miserable weeks in this facility. After multiple phone calls informing us of our child’s “disruptive” behavior, I decided to spend a morning observing his behavior. Half of the instruction period was spent next to him observing and half was spent silently observing him from behind a room divider that separated his class from the other class. During my time there, two of the teachers on the playground were on their cellphones, in lounge chairs sitting and not engaging with the children at all. I chose not to enroll my child here, even with how close it is to home because of our "tour". I called ahead of time, and when I came in I was very disappointed in how dirty and run down the room my child would be in was. There is so much stuff just lying around through the front of the facility and in the class, it needs a serious purge of items. No one walked me through how they spend their days, it was like pulling teeth to get a teacher to communicate at all. Turned around and walked out without saying anything else. I'm sure everyone is lovely, I just choose to have my child in a cleaner

I have had all three of my girls attend Curious Apples from VPK up to using them for daycare. This place is amazing and I can't recommend them enough. We had some personal issues arise and they went above and beyond in dealing with me and my girls. They are so professional and take excellent care of all the kids under their care. I have zero regrets going there and tell everyone I know how great of a place it is. I can't rave enough about this entire establishment, and all the teachers, admin, everyone is great. My son attended Curious Apples for 2 years. It was his first time going to a daycare and after his first day he was so excited about his teacher and his new friends and everything about it and it made me so happy.
It really helped his learning development at a young age. The staff is great and very helpful. My son loved waterdays in the summer!

Unfair treatment of one of my favorite littles 😭😭😭 shop elsewhere for your daycare needs!!
*Update after reading response* I understand small business needs as we also work for a small business, and true that I have never stepped foot on your property or into your daycare, but I do sit across the desk from the woman who did use your facility and we have worked together for 15 years, and yes she asked me to give you a review. I was witness to the 2 phone calls that came in from your staff to her, as I have been witness to almost every phone call that comes in for this single mom of 3 kids
