Five ⭐️ rating for Josh and Tom. They came to house today after our furnace wouldn’t kick on and stay on. They explained the situation, were very nice and replaced our thermostat. We felt they were very trustworthy and the did quality work!
Initially we couldn’t get an appointment for today, however we received a call letting us know they could come today. We highly recommend them and this company.

When I called, a first time customer, Joyce Cooling & Heating made an appointment with me really soon, even though it's their busy time of year. Allan came early in the day as scheduled, knew exactly what the problem was, and was extremely courteous while working. I was impressed at how thorough and knowledgeable Allan was, too---he solved the problem quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail.

Very professional, thorough and courteous people working here. Water heater went out in the holidays, they were quick to respond and provide a competitive quote. Dan T arrived on time, explained me the job and completed their work quickly. Also cleaned up the workplace and took my old heater back. I would really recommend them for your home needs!

Dan and Kingsley came out to assess our water heater (which wasn’t installed by Joyce) in order to determine what was needed to bring it up to code. Dan and Kingsley did a great job adding the missing components and removing/replacing the incorrect parts. The work was done in a timely manner and the guys left the area like they found it. Joyce was recommended by a friend, and we were very happy with the quick responsiveness and the quality of work. We would definitely utilize Joyce for our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

Dan and team did an excellent job installing a hot water tank at my house. The tankless system was never great and recently we were taking cold showers after 5 minutes. The new water heaters is amazing. The crew was on time, very clean and personable. The price was reasonable quality was outstanding

Joyce Cooling and Heating is the real deal! I had my 30 year old furnace and AC replaced and couldn't be more pleased with the work Joyce Cooling and Heating did. Jason who performed the initial consultation was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations regarding the capacity and capabilities of the various furnaces and a/c units available that would provide the most consistent heating/cooling solution for my house without having to significantly rework ductwork.

Tyler M. and the other techs that assisted him on the service of two oil-fired furnaces were terrific. Very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Took time to explain some things I had questions on. A couple problems with the furnaces came up prior to them getting here for routine maintenance and they were able to resolve everything satisfactorily. Tina and office staff was quick to answer and return calls also.
I almost "just called" Heritage but decided to give Joyce Cooling & Heating a try and it was definitely the right call. I only regret not calling them sooner since

Terrible service. We had our heating system tuned up and 10 days later were without heat. I called their on call service at 6:30 AM and no response. I called another company and they responded I told them the system was tuned up 10 days ago. After looking at the system we were told and shown that the system had never been tuned up. The heat exchange was broken and you could see a burned area around the outside of the cells. In addition the condonsate trap was dirty as well as other parts There is no way all of this happened in 10 days. Needless to say we will never use them again and would never

We've had Joyce Cooling & Heating out a handful of times over the past two years since purchasing our home to address concerns with our (very old), increasingly malfunctioning boiler. This year, the time finally came to necessitate replacement, and in spite of an extended period of available scheduling dates, the entire staff with Joyce couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. I was referred to Joyce by my condo's property manager. I needed both the AC and furnace to be replaced. The entire process from getting the quote through installation, and now annual maintenance, has been exceptional. Everyone who works here is on their "A" game. And on top of it all, I felt like I paid a very fair price for all the work. So many of these HVAC companies are wayyyyy overpriced (like INSANELY overpriced) and they under-deliver on workmanship. I'll be sticking with Joyce for the years to come!

After years of putting off installing a/c, we contacted Joyce for an estimate. They were prompt with their quote and very thorough when explaining the type of units which would work best for us. We scheduled the installation of 5 Mitsubishi wall units last April and we couldn't be happier! The service installers were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and completed the project the same day! I highly recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating!
