Very disappointed with my experience. I spoke with a representative before my wedding to make sure everything I needed for my wedding would fit into the limo. They sent me a limo that didn’t have a trunk. We ended up having to take a car to the wedding separate from the limo which basically defeated the purpose of getting the limo in the first place. Basically a waste of $700. I wouldn’t recommend them.

We had Kenny drive us this past Saturday for a day at the vineyards and he was INCREDIBLE! Super punctual, very kind and very generous. My father is a private commercial driver so i have high standards around situations like these and Kenny surpassed them all. He was also very transparent with where he would be parked, how we could get in contact with him, and very quick to respond to text messages. He also loved the music I was dj-ing which is an ego boost when we decide to go out east again for a vineyards day I am positive me and my girls are going to absolutely request to have Kenny again

Highly recommend Sunny Limo for any type of party or event. I hosted my sister's bachelorette party and planned a tour of several wineries in the North Fork. Ken was our driver and he was great! He suggested stopping by the beach to take a photo of all of us, which was really sweet. He has a lot of knowledge of the area and he was really helpful in keeping me on schedule and on time. He would text me to let me know when we should be finishing up at each winery and onto the next. We were super impressed by the service. Highly recommend booking Ken at Sunny Limo!

We recently used this service to pick my husband up at the airport and bring him out to the Hamptons. They were wonderful. Booking the reservation was very easy, there was an immediate follow up by email, and a confirmation by email the day before the pick up. The driver found my husband very easily at the airport and was a very good and safe driver. It is nice to find a place we can rely on out east, and that there is a service that provides such professionalism, in particular when one very much needs the drivers to be on time and to drive safely. I definitely recommend them.

Sunny Limos saved our bachelorette! The customer service was above & beyond what I would have expected. Kym went back and forth with me for weeks coming up with numerous ideas & price ranges for different packages including wine tours, lunches & transportation for my party of 15. She was incredibly patient & gracious, even when I last minute decided to go with a company who I believed to have better pricing only 3 days before the weekend. It turned out that the other company was a scan and Kym was able to get us into a car with less than 5 hours notice! I would recommend this company

Great Customer Service Report.... so I made an early morning booking to be picked up by Sunny Limo in East Hampton back to JFK to catch my flight. The nice lady I spoke with took my request but the paper stuck to another and somehow did not get entered into the system. Human error, it happens I get that. It is how she handled the situation when I was panicking and did not know how to get to my plane that won me over. Everything went perfect. I had to book last minute to get from the airport to my house. The office staff(especially Cara) were extremely helpful, calling multiple times to correct information that I had misgiven. (I had gone out of town for a close family member's passing and was obviously not thinking correctly when giving information, but they solved everything.) The driver (Danny) was professional and nice during the trip, and the car was clean. I highly recommend Sunny Limo for any service. Their service area is huge, and covers Long Island and NYC. I will be returning to them in the future

Super impressed with the overall service we recently received. First, office staff was extremely helpful, the price was very reasonable, the limo was fantastic and the driver (Pete) was very nice. Our reservation was confirmed via email and then confirmed again over the phone the day prior to our event and our driver called upon arrival, which was all very reassuring. Limo/car services can vary and not everyone can be as lucky to find such a good service, so I'm happy that we did and we will be using this service again in the future. Excellent! Thanks!

Excellent limousine company, i took my fiance to a wine tour in long island. We used Sunny Limo, the car was very clean, the driver was very friendly, and very informative. He picked us up on time and was there when we were leaving the tour. If anyone is looking for a limousine company which does wine tours in long island, you have to use sunny limo, you wont be disappointed
