UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE! This is one of the most unprofessional places I have been to. I paid for sessionS of the Hyaluron pen for the lips. I made it very clear that I wanted volume and they recommended to me this service for volume and I went with their advice. It turned out that after the first day , my lips looked exactly the same as before I had the service. After my initial complaint they recommended another session which I paid $80 in addition to the $380 original cost. Then, the second session did not revealed any results either and they said I needed to have a third session to see results

I truly recommend this place. I have done 3 treatments and my skin looks glowing. I have been to other places but this place is truly the best. Also, they are very friendly and they care for you. They tell you what you really need to improve your skin and do not steal your money like other places do.

(First appt was here second one in Kendall) Good experience at first and my mom scheduled a second appointment. She was getting there late because of the random thunderstorms that regularly happen in Miami in the summer time, the manager charged her $30 to book another appointment. She was going to take me in as well as a birthday gift the week after but after the manager was rude to her and unprofessional they lost two customers. One thing was the charge the second thing was the unprofessionalism and being rude when we called. Not a good customer service experience.

While I was pleased with the microblading, I needed a third retouch, I was charged for that retouch. On another occasion, I scheduled my appointment for the day after I returned from vacation. I couldn’t respond to their confirmation, so when I went to my appointment, they told me they cancelled it because I didn’t confirm.On a third occasion, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my service. Not satisfied.

I got done eyelashes extensions with Tania on Dec 29 and next day half of them came out i showed them a picture of my eyelashes by text message on Dec 30 where they said OMG come and we fix it for free” .
At the time to come and fix it , she just refuses to do it giving me a lot of arguments when she did a pretty bad work.
I paid $200 plus $20 tip and parking $10 for a Mediocre application that lasted less than 24 hours and a very bad customer service , she does not treat clients right I work hard to earn my money , to give it to a person who don’t give a s.... for you. That kind of behavior
