I have used Camden county renovations for many years on everything and anything at our Lakehouse. They have always done outstanding work stayed on the job and finished on time. They just completed a two bedroom addition on top of my garage and finished ahead of schedule. From my experience that is very rare because we have had a home in the Ozarks for 30 years and have gone through a lot of troubling Renovation projects.
They are the only people I would use and trust to do work at our place. We live most of the year 1800 miles away and I always trust them with our house in to do the job right

The best renovations company at the Lake of the Ozarks! I've had the pleasure of working for them and Jim is one of the best in the business. The focus of their crews is attention to detail. Their workers clean up every night before they leave, and are able to work around holidays and weekends so they don't disturb your guests.

Weekly, at BNI, I hear about Jim's EXCELLENT Creative Skills from our fellow BNI Members. These are very experienced discerning business owner, people who work in and serve the Lake Area with heartfelt dedication. When THEY give Jim Accolades - I know the praise is for REAL. Also recently, Jim gave a superb Keynote Address to the lake Business Builders, which was rich with photos that highlighted his work ethic and joy in transforming spaces so that we can't wait - to get HOME!

Read the fine print! Original quote means nothing, in the end they will try and screw you out of a lot more cash, like thousands! The owners are not good business people. They haven't figured out that referrals are everything in a business like theirs. The workers do a good job, but if you can't trust the owners to keep their word and abide by what they promised, then what does that matter. There were a few issues when the job was done that will require a plumber, which is more money, but I refuse to call these people back in.

Jim and Angela and their entire team are great to work with. I would highly recommend their company. They just finished re-doing our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with how it came out. They kept us updated every step of the way and took the extra steps to get things done properly, We will be using them exclusively for any work we need done at the lake.

Jim Eshenroder and his crew at Camden County Renovations do fantastic work. What impresses me the most is their overall attention to detail on a bathroom remodel from simple things like perfectly straight paint lines, perfect trim work, and seamless floor transition from tile to hardwood to carpet. They're outside deck work is top notch as well and they are a pleasure to work with. No headaches no fuss very easy-going.
