I was browsing the internet searching for a gift for my wife, and luckily found my way to Mountain Song’s site. Found exactly what I was looking for! After that the experience just got better, we visited the store in person and was greeted by several very friendly and helpful employees. Tenn it got even better when the price in store was actually lower than the price posted online. Overall we had a terrific experience with Mountain Song Jewelers.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I’ve had some customized pieces made for my daughter and they turned out perfect. They have so many ideas for transforming old pieces of jewelry into whatever you can imagine. The best part is-they’re local but can serve you from many locations online.

Everyone was friendly. I had a ring sized and when I got it back, I didn't recognize it. Cleaned up beautifully. I also had a claw clasp put on a necklace. Repairs were done timely. They also graded some odds and ends in jewelry and paid the going price for gold. Very happy with them and would highly recommend.

I have a new jewelry store! I was referred to Mountain Song jewelers by a dear friend. I was greeted by the nicest lady and spoke to the jeweler himself about my order. I was getting some repair work and took some older pieces to have something custom made. I had my own ideas but after speaking to the jeweler and hearing his ideas I decided on my new piece. These people are knowledgeable and helpful and I felt so at ease. I can not wait to get my new custom piece of jewelry made with pieces of basically scrap. I am very happy with Mountain Song Jewelers!

I am extremely pleased with the result of a ring I had repaired. It had been cut to remove from finger, was twisted and was missing one of the stones. When I picked up the ring I was in awe of how perfect and beautiful the ring looked. The jeweler is absolutely perfect and precise in his workmanship. I also had a bracelet repaired and felt the same with it. I love the assortment of jewelry that they have on hand to show and sell. I must also mention how friendly and kind they were. They do provide excellent customer service.
