I have been taking my cars to Bend Tire Pros for years. Unfortunately, I have to share a bummer experience that happened today, and I will not be going back in the future.
I took a blemish-less car in to get new tires put on. I purchased the car 3 days ago and it came with stud tires. I picked up the car, drove home and went to take the tires out of the trunk and there was a fresh scratch of paint on the bumper. Super bummed! Rather than running to my computer to write about my frustration in a review, I decided to take the car back to them this morning. I asked the employee I worked with yesterday

Prices were less than most tire companies in the area, but it came with a price. The employees don't wear masks and don't require customers to either. During a pandemic, I want to feel safe. If I had known this, I would've paid $30 extra dollars and just go to Discount Tire. I'm all about supporting small and local businesses, but not at the cost of my health. I am considered high risk and thankfully when I went to my first appointment, I had already gotten my first dose of the vaccine so I just went ahead and got my service. I got my winter tires changed out for $70 and

This a great local business that will not disappoint you. I got a few quotes around town and Bend Tire was the best, specially when they would do the rotation of your new tires for free for the life of the tires. They ordered my tires quickly and were able to work a time for me as well. Great people and service! Give them a try.

Blew out the sidewall of my tire, took it into Bend Tire and they were awesome! They didn't have the exact same size tire I needed, and I was on my way back home over the mountains, they sold me a brand new tire, of comparable size, for an amazing price, just to get me back home. They checked my wheel as it had taken quite a blow, and then they rotated the tires as they didn't want me driving home with a different size tire on the front. Unbelievable service and prices. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

My son needed new winter tires for his Legacy GT. After a few frustrating hours calling the "big" guys we called Bend Tire and got a no nonsense price for Michelin X Ice tires. Within the hour we were back home with the new tires on the wagon. No waiting, great price, and super easy to deal with.
We won't be looking anywhere else in future. This is our tire store!

Affordable , honest and efficient. Jake and his crew are great people who will take care of your vehicle as best they can. Unlike corporate tire companies that try to scam you for repairs and unnecessary parts ; the guys at gumpsta are fair in what they do. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car.
