Contractor-led design - build is Boyer Contractings preferred project delivery method. This process more efficiently streamlines a project from conception to completion as compared with other methods such as design - bid- build. This is accomplished by reducing a clients number of contracts to a single responsible party (the design - build contractor).
After some minor flooding, the homeowner decided to remodel the main floor of their home. Just north of Salt Point we constructed this six landing, 63 step staircase. It begins directly off a path from the home on top of the hill, and ends across the railroad tracks from their dock. We created this to meander down the hill overcoming steep grades, while also avoiding trees and large root systems.
