In a search for bathroom floor tile to match our existing shower tile Preferred Flooring was my 9th store. While there were some helpful people at other locations, Pat was extremely helpful and knowledgeable resulting in discussions and samples back and forth that will create an exquisite master bathroom and a rather unique family bathroom. I was very frustrated by the time I got there and Pat (and other staff) got me laughing and looking in new directions that have delighted me and my husband.

I’ve used the retail and installation services from Preferred Flooring for three projects over the last 1.5 Years. For my personal new construction home, they provided hardwood flooring on all living, kitchen, dining, bedroom and basement floors; marble and porcelain flooring in the bathrooms; custom tiling in the showers; and tile and stone backsplashes in the kitchens and kitchenettes.
