Like so many during COVID, we began looking for anyplace that wasn’t “here.” Our search for “somewhere else” began on Zillow and we had a few questions about a property that we liked so we clicked on Jody’s picture to ask away. Within a few hours, we received an email and quickly had a phone conversation. As an out of town buyer, we knew we needed quality advice. Jody was honest about the explosive Bozeman housing market and helped us define our expectations, budget and needs. After still more calls about properties, we made an offer which was turned down.

Jody is the best in the Gallatin Valley! We have worked with her on three different occasions and each experience has been seamless. She has been in real estate for almost a decade and has incredible knowledge of the valley. She is quick to respond, sent reminders to make sure we hit due dates on our end of things, helped to stage the house...even went as far as vacuuming under a couch that we forgot to :/
