We offer up to a 5 year warranty on all of our projects, depending on the location. But (don't tell anyone) we're pretty good at coming out to fix anything after as well, at no cost. Don Hopkins and his family (Nancy, Forrest and Paul) painted all the soffits and trim on our recently purchased 25-year-old home on Camano Island in July/August of 2017 (we moved to the island less than two years ago). The painting was long overdue and sorely needed, and several large wooden trim boards as well as one of the four columns on our front porch were badly rotted and needed repair or replacement, as well.
