A group of Girl Scout moms decided we needed our own field trip so we decided to go to Lodi to do some wine tasting. MJ set the entire itinerary, and made the tasting and lunch reservations for us. MJ always responded to my emails quickly, and truly provided great customer service. The driver Tony was so easy to get a long with. There were no surprises, we paid up front and we were off. Tony was always easy to reach by text or would be waiting by the exit for us. We never had to wonder where she was. We rented a 9-person limo for our coworker's bachelorette/retirement party in Sacramento. The service was great: from receiving a quote to booking to our driver the day of the event. I even had a last minute change to our location that I was sort of freaking out about, but MJ assured me that all was fine.
Our driver was Connie, and she was so amazing and attentive! Our itinerary was sort of go with the flow after the bachelorette shot down our initial idea, and I couldn't be more appreciative of Connie putting up with us.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! -- Cancelled Last Minute -- NOT RELIABLE!!!
Stay away from this company! Land Yacht Limos cancelled last minute (less than 24 hours) before our confirmed reservation/signed contract and did NOTHING to provide an alternate limo or to honor their price with another company. This was over a holiday weekend. VERY unprofessional. In this business, reliability and honoring a contract is everything. They failed at both. Think twice before booking with them, unless you are fine with having to scramble for transportation last minute when you have people (your guests) counting on

We hired the limousine service, for my daughters birthday.They were very nice also checked with me to make sure we knew who the driver was. I will also say our driver was Alfred and was beyond excellent. Thank you also to Connie who brought my daughters selfie stick all the way back to my home !! Best experience ever!! Starting from the initial contact I made requesting a price quote and availability to the very last confirmation of our reservation, and everything in between. MJ the company PR, was amazing and prompt in getting back to me via Email for everything that we requested. Bernie our driver was AWESOME!!! I highly recommend if you need a limo you definately use them. The price was very affordable. We will definately book with them again and request Bernie, he was professional and went way beyond his duties as a limo driver making sure that our ride was comfortable and safe.

Car was a bit smoky smelling and dude was 10 min late. Why do I give 4 stars then? Driver knew his stuff, kept us on track for a complicated wine tasting, knew the area, gladly extended over time without gauging us, didn't pull any taxi driver moves like taking the long way (I know napa area too). If you can find a cheaper limo anywhere with AC, a tv, sound system, bubbles, bottled water and party packs, email me. Odds are I won't hear from you. More than worth the price, people that had a bad time look like the people that have a bad time when anything doesn't go according to plan

Hired this limo service for a wine tour bachelorette party, will never use again. The driver called me 10 minutes before pick-up time and told me that he was going to be 10 minutes late because of "traffic" - which would have been nice to know much earlier, as all of us girls walked down to meet him at the bottom of the driveway and were waiting in the heat for the driver.

Went on a pub crawl in a 20 passenger limo from Walnut Creek to SF for a girlfriend's bday. The limo was really nice and fit all of us really well. Driver was great and made sure we were not being hassled by random creeps while waiting in line to get into a bar. We had a change in plans from our original itinerary and he was very accommodating and located the other bar we decided to go to immediately. He opened the door and helped us out every time. Went to 5 different bars in SF and the driver was on the ready when we were walking out of the bar ready for the next, which was impressive

Lucky I can't go lower then 1 star, they were late, stand off, and irresponsible. First they were late to destination, granted it was due to an unfortunate break down, told they were sending a new limo, turns out they thought they could push the first limo to do a 50 mile trip, broke down in front of everyone, had to wait another hour for the 2nd limo to show up, upgraded us the the esclade, kids were told they could not eat or drink inside due to cleaning would cost to much time and money for them. My friends and I had an amazing day In Napa with land yacht limos! We were given such fun recommendations for wineries to visit that we wouldn't have found ourselves. The day of the trip, our driver Kevin was incredibly amenable and did everything he could to make sure we had the best trip possible. I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable everyone at LYL was and will absolutely be using them for my next Napa excursion!
