Andy was great to work with! Buying your first home can be a scary experience, but Andy definitely took away any of my fears. He thoroughly walked me through the entire house and explained step-by-step what he was doing, looking at, and what would fix the issue. He explained what he himself would do or what he might have done differently during construction - showing just how full of knowledge he is. He was extremely friendly and every question I had, he never made me feel like I was annoying him or slowing down his work. He took his time to thoroughly do his inspection and make sure I was knowledgable

Definitely recommend Andy. He was very prompt with a phone call back. Confirmed appt before the next day. Informed us of payment and was very kind about it. Showed up on time and was super friendly.
