It all started in 1954 when Al Pliler hired on at the local International truck and tractor dealership on Highway 80 in Longview, TX as a parts counterperson. Al worked his way up on the manufacturer side of the truck business and held various positions in Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana.
After 29 years with the company Al decided he was ready to venture out and become an independent truck dealer representing the International brand. Today we serve the northeast Texas and northwest Louisiana truck markets with dealership locations in Longview, TX and Shreveport, LA. Today, the Pliler family collectively has over 86 years experience in the heavy truck business.

I've had work done here in the past with good results. This time I hope I get the same, the end of September my truck was doing constant Regen with EGR problem so I took it to Roberts international in Amarillo they replaced the EGR $6000 two weeks later I had same issue with regens so I took it to summit international in Wichita falls they replaced the manifold and dpf filter $6600 3 days later same issue with the regens, had a health report done in Wisconsin 1st thing on the list is a fuel pressure issue so I brought it home so I won't be out for hotels and food on top of the repair cost $12,600

Squeezed us in with a roadside emergency with our motorhome while traveling in the area. They normally do not work on motorhomes but really helped us out. Very friendly and thorough and professional. Made sure there were no issues with the motorhome before we left. Very reasonable on the charge. We were very satisfied with the service Brandon spent a lot of time to ensure we were ok to travel.

Update - just had some additional work done and have updated my review. Got truck back in quoted time with good pricing and excellent customer service from Caleb and Clint.Did a five star job. I will now upgrade 24 stars for all overall work. Keep up the good work!
Took a week and a half to get the rear structure seal done. Was told it was 2-3 day job. Also, was given truck back with check engine lights on that weren’t on when taken in then had to get those fixed on my dime. Parts guy did me a solid though giving me a used sensor though saving me a couple hundred bucks. He gets five stars the

Friendly staff made an appointment to get my truck worked on even though I was 3 hours late they still saw me instead of making me reschedule they fixed a problem 2 mechanics couldn't figure out in a decent amount of time ..drivers lounge is fairly comfortable slot better then others I've seen. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Made my experiance getting my truck worked on not so bad at all.

Pliler International in Longville TX is the Best at SHAFTING Customers.
Pliler International, held us up. Like a Train robber. Then unlawfully held my customer's new truck as ransom for Tiger General Actions. I paid the ransom.
We got charged Over Time for warranty on a New truck, We Never authorized O.T. It gets worse we were charged full O.T. rate. Not the 50%. Still not authorized expert double dippers.
We were charged $500.00 to drill and tap 4- 5/8” holes in crank pulley after off the truck. This job is less than one hour……I offered to pay$200.00.

Worse service dept ever! Just parts changers! We have had few trucks worked on here and all left still broke with same problems. Took the trucks back and they say the problem is what they just fixed until we tell them they just fixed that, then they come up with other parts to just change out because they don't wanna warranty their work. Service manager needs more knowledge. So now we end up spending money again somewhere else to get the work done, diagnosed properly, and returned with no issues. Can say we won't be using their service dept anymore ! I normally don't write reviews but this may
