The Aides are extremely kind and considerate. I highly recommend Premium Home Aids and Companions Services. 1 star. I’ve worked for better companies. Working for this agency I had not once gotten a good recognition from this employer, however my clients made up for it because at least I would hear good reviews from THEM. That’s what happens when you do your job. I tried to come back and work for this company, I called yesterday they said they were hiring, I call today and they aren’t hiring... I feel like they discriminated me once they got my name and knew I was coming as a rehire... but hey 🤷♀️ I’ll be a great employee elsewhere.

This place should be shut down by the state, they do not offer any sick days or paid vacation time for their caregivers even though they are required to by law if they register more than 50 employees per quarter to the state. This company registers over 200 hundred employees every quarter with the state of CT and does not play by the rules. This company also pays 10.10 for both homemaking and companion when there are different rates for these jobs since the job description is different . The state needs to go in Audit them and shut this place down for good. The office staff especially Vanessa Lucewicz

I started as a caregiver back in 2012 when the company was just beginning. It took a couple of weeks for my background to go through and to find a client that worked with my schedule and the distance I was willing to travel. I worked as a caregiver primarily for about 3.5 years before I was promoted into the office. I worked about 1/2 of the year as a part time caregiver and a part time office assistant. After my client passed away, I was offered a full time position in the office. Working with Premium Home Aids has been a great experience, everyone genuinely cares about each other and the clients

Horrendous experience. The caregivers are not trained or qualified in any way to care for your loved ones despite what the staff say. They hire anyone regardless of experience. Don't believe them when they say they train people, because they don't. They hire and staff people same day. They say anything to cover themselves when things go awry. There are many other agencies out there. I would not recommend this one.

Love working for this company as a PCA. GREAT GREAT CLIENTS AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN Treated well by the staff. It has been over a year since I started. When I was hired it took a week or more until I worked due to the background checks and reference checks. Once I started I worked weekends. Now I work during the week enjoying every minute . I am a woman of maturity. And a retired LPN.

I was a caregiver for a long time and then I was asked to join the office staff. I appreciated the fact that they noticed how well I worked and gave me a chance to work with our caregivers and wonderful office staff. The company always makes sure that the staff and clients are taken care of no matter what.

Terrible, I was basiclly hired as soon as I walked in. Now I speak fluent Spanish,
with that in mind, a Spanish lady and a couple with a child walk in, the English speaking lady says in Spanish to the other one, shes my friend she will get you a job. that's as shes filling the application for the other one.
So she hands the application to the only lady working lady there, Lisa Coveille Care Coordinator. Lisa asks for ID and SSI, the lady asks the other one, she says I don't have any or a green card, so YOU think at this point Lisa would say I'm sorry I can't hire you,? RIGHT.? NO NO she tells
