Owner is a huge POS. Besides hard to get a hold of, and he's the only one who can do quotes, there is lack of desire to take smaller jobs. Gave quotes in person to my neighbors but refused to come give me one in person. Only wanted to do over the phone. Got posts that his computer wouldn't load my pictures. He was arrogant and rude. Will not be doing business with them.
Advice: hire another to do quotes and get an attitude adjustment.
