My best friend bought a car here and had such a wonderful experience that I bought one the next month. Steven Tyler Cruz is my go to guy. Amy in rentals is absolutely amazing~ Jennifer and the whole service team are accommodating and thorough~ and not to forget Frank who runs the show and brings a cool vibe to the place~ The whole sales team is super friendly and I never felt pushed in any direction~

We have a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid that we purchased from Briggs Fort Scott a year ago The Rav 4 Hybrid was the first vehicle we purchased from Briggs. We called Monday to schedule our 20,000 mile ToyotaCare service. The service manager scheduled us for the following day at 2:00pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early for the appointment and was greeted at the door by a salesman who asked if he could be of assistance. Had my Toyota Prius serviced and Briggs proved to be thorough, professional and courteous. I explained that I was driving my family cross country for the holidays and I wanted to be confident knowing that my auto was carefully serviced in all areas. Included was installation of a complete set of Michelin tires. The entire staff did a great job. I was particularly impressed with Jennifer and Amy, two of the service experts. They were amazing, caring and pprofessional. Both were assets to Briggs.

My visit to the Briggs Fort Scott Toyota Dealership was nothing less than 5 stars. From the Moment I walked in I was greeted with love and professionalism. Steven Taylor offered to bring my dog water while we waited, Amy Hanes was the sweetest lady I've ever met and Frank Clinton ensured I was taken care of from every aspect of my visit. I got an oil change which took over an hour, with an appointment, and when I left I realized my car had been set on kilometers instead of miles per hour. I immediately went back and the mechanic did not know how to fix what they had done. I had to look it up myself to change my dashboard back to miles per hour. I have no confidence in this shop and will never return!

I have bought several new cars from the Topeka Briggs dealerships, and today just purchased my first used car from a Briggs dealership - Fort Scott. It was such a great experience and I know that it is largely in part to the Dale Gauthier, the General Sales Manager.
