My husband and I have been going to Dr. Alan for 5 years. He's amazing at getting our stiff neck to loosen up and he's the only one. He takes insurance and if it's cash pay, it's affordable. It starts with a message chair for 10 minutes and then he stretches your back with adjustment and pulls on the neck after a great crack. He's not one of those chiropractors that rushes you in and out, it's great conversation and he won't forget your name.

I have been coming to Alan's office for years. Centrally located in Santee, it was equally important to find an established business to help with my back issues. Alan and his staff are just wonderful! He truly listens to what issues you are having and he's great about explaining what may be happening with certain issues. My mom brought me here for lower back pain and I'm so glad I went. This office is so great, you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in...Betty is the sweetest lady and Dr. Tuthill is a very good chiropractor and doesn't force unnecessary x-rays and other stuff on you, which I love. I called and made appointment for my parents and he was willing to see us on weekend! He was super nice and caring! My mom said her headache was gone after he adjusted her neck few times. My dad said the same that he felt much better after 2 adjustments. We are so glad that we found him. The only thing is we live far from his office, well but at the end it's all worth it! Highly recommend!

Awesome chiropractor, helped my husbands neck and back immediately. Really knew what he was doing. The receptionist is extreme attentive and on top of things as well. I feel like this is a true hometown practice with morals and integrity. Just good people, a place you feel welcomed to and the doctor and staff are very approachable and down to earth.

I was referred by my doctor to Dr. Tuthill for a problem I was having with my shoulder area. My problem started with repetitive movement at work, carrying a heavy bullhorn for years on this shoulder and then opening a solid steel door from an equipment shed at work. At one point I couldn't lift my arm father than my shoulder. It was painful. I stopped doing these things at work and it got somewhat better but still my shoulder didn't work to capacity. Spent lots of $$ on massages thinking it would help. After just 2 visits my shoulder was back to normal. Dr Tuthill is very easy to talk

I am so glad I found doctor Tuthill! I went see him because of chronic neck pain I had been suffering from for 2 years. He gave me just 1 adjusment and I could not believe the relief I felt. I was holding back tears of joy as I was walking out of his office because finally my neck felt normal. Since then I have continued to see doctor Tuthill once a month on a regular basis to help keep my neck pain under control. This has helped calm and or prevent flare ups. I recommend doctor Tuthill to everyone!
