I bought Lawn Keeper full package for 2021, weed and feed for the lawn and spraying for bugs, they missed 4 applications of the full package, they didn't bother to call on any of the missed applications!
I called and said I wanted to be reimbursed for the missed applications and they said they would, to this date 11.25.2021, I have not heard anything from Lawn Keeper, they are not answering any of there phones/calls, there voicemail is plugged up.
I will never use them again.

I have been a customer for several years. They apply my fertilizer and weed care, and winterize my sprinklers. This year I called to make sure they have me on the list to blow out my sprinkler system and they said “yes”. We waited for a week and called back. They never answered their phone. Left several messages and no call back. Left them a email message and still no reply. Waited 3 weeks and left multiple messages and they NEVER called me back. Finally I called again after I purchased my own air compressor and blew out my own system and this time the message stated “They

I normally don't take the time to do reviews, but wanted to share my great experience. I had a valve that was sticking on my sprinkler system that would not shut off. I contacted Emma and Heather at Lawn Keeper who promptly answered the phone, they sent over a sprinkler tech name Bo who came over immediately. Bo fixed the issue and checked my entire sprinkler system to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great service by Lawn Keeper!!

Horrible experience. I subscribed to weekly lawn trimming services and was forgotten about. When I called I was told the next week I would be receiving services on Monday but it rained so I was told that I was going to have to get bumped to the next Monday . The customer service at this point is where I canceled all future services. Paying for weekly services as weeks go by is one thing. Paying all year around while no services are being provided during seasonal layoff is another and bad customer service is just bad business.

Con men at worst, no-shows at best. Took our money and never came back or returned calls and emails. Lost an entire season of growing and weeds took over due to their unkept promises to show up. we had to hire someone else to do the work they were hired to do.
We finally had to indicate our willingness to have our attorney intervene in order to have our deposit of nearly $1200 returned. Never apologized, never explained what had happened, never indicated any remorse for their deplorable treatment of a customer!
I would never recommend them and advise you to stay away at all costs.
