Every child deserves a clean, safe, and nurturing environment to get them off to the best start, Shell's Child Care delivers. It was 1998 when Lichell Isaac turned her home into a licensed daycare. Ever since, Shell's Child Care has sprouted as quickly as the little learners it serves. Just two years later, the first Shell's Child Care Center opened.
On S. Dupont Hwy near W. Lebanon Rd. and P.O.W/M.I.A. Pkwy, so getting to us from any direction is fast and easy. Free parking and a generous setback make for a smooth and safe drop off and pick up. After pick-up, zip over to grocery stores, shops, or restaurants to stock up on essentials. Shell's Child Care is close to schools too so that you can factor in a second drop off for school-aged children in a jiffy.
We're close to major thoroughfares for a zippy, easy to find commute by car or bus. Shell's Child Care is nestled in a mixed-use, business/residential neighborhood for a balance between cozy and convenient. Doctor's offices, grocery stores, restaurants, and elementary schools nearby for easy errand runs, and drop off of school-age children on the way to us.
We're right on Milford Harrington Hwy near S. Dupont Hwy for easy access, yet nestled among full, open, green spaces on every side. Your child's day is free of business bustle noise and enjoys peaceful scenic views from anywhere inside our child care center. Grab dinner to go, or get stocked up on fresh produce after pick up-Shell's Child Care in Harington, DE is close to all the places you rely on to get through the day.
We are located Right off Milton Ellendale Highway near Union St. for a fast and easy commute by car or public transportation. A wide setback from the Highway, along with tons of parking, make it safe and smooth to drop off and pick up with ease. Across the street, a vast expanse of green dotted with lush trees offers a scenic travel route, making pick-up and drop-off a little more zen.

This place is the biggest joke ever. They have no clue on how to take care of a child. If they have to close for any reason they don't let you know till you arrive to drop your child off. They loose clothes pull ups and important paperwork. Nothing but problems since they have switched office staff. The women there is very unprofessional and petty. So glad my child will be pulled at the end of the month. I wouldn't recommend any of the shells locations.

This place is horrible. I thought I’d give it a try despite all the bad reviews and reputation. Please do not send your children to the Dover site unless you want your child to be bit or scratched daily . There is no structure the staff do what they want to do . No one is teaching the kids , they play music and teach them to dance . The owner is money 💰 hungry and not the well being of these children

Hello I please to say Mrs.Tasha,Mrs.Dianna,Mrs.Kimmy,Ms.Ni are some wonderful workers.I love how they work with the kids and treat them like there own.Also,for your summer helper Ms.Ni for her to be so young she’s very professional with communication,friendly and really shows effort and patience with all of the kids.
